⚽️ The team at CAWLS are absolutely loving seeing women’s sport being celebrated through the FIFA Women’s World Cup, here in Australia and NZ 👏

👀 Last weekend, Barkly lawyers, past & present – from CAWLS and other services – headed to Melbourne, to watch some of these incredible sportspeople in action 💪

Did you watch the Matildas take down Denmark this past Monday? Did you know that more people tuned into that game than last year’s AFL grand final? 🤔

Even with such enormous numbers of supporters, the gender pay gap in this sport (and many others) is massive 🫥

ℹ️ The winning country can expect to take home only a third of the prize money that would be awarded to a winning men’s team… disappointing is an understatement 👎
