Tennant Creek school secures funds for substance abuse programs

📖 Tennant Creek High School will run two new programs to teach young Territorians about the dangers of drug and alcohol use. These programs are designed to assist students to make health choices and avoid falling prey to the vice of substance misuse.

It is an unfortunate reality that substance misuse can often be a factor in relation to domestic and family violence and family dysfunction.

The team at CAWLS are always pleased to hear of programs and initiatives that help address – and hopefully avoid – the development of substance abuse issues in our community 🙏
