The key findings of the report showed 👇
⚫ Sexual harassment is a common experience that occurs in every industry and at every level in Australian workplaces.
⚫ The system placed the responsibility on the victim to complain.
⚫ Sexual harassment happens in all workplaces.
⚫ Workplace sexual harassment has a high cost.

Despite how common sexual harassment in the workplace, is found to be only 17% of people surveyed who had experienced sexual harassment at work made a complaint… ⚠️
