In the event of ‘World Mental Health Day‘ last week, the Menzies School of Health Research has launched a free on-line tool to help Territorians manage their mental health – ‘Stay Strong’ 📲
📰 The NT News reported that, “the Menzies School of Health Research mental health research lead, Tricia Nagel, said that the resource had been developed with Aboriginal mental health workers and local psychologists.”
💡 The article further reported that, “Stay Strong lead cultural advisor, Patj Patj Janama Robert Mills, said while the app was designed for Aboriginal people, all Territorians could use the free resource” and that “two decades of research and consultation had gone into the resource” 🧠
CAWLS acknowledges how important it is for all of us to manage our mental health to live our best lives 🙏
