Yesterday, we celebrated the strength, resistance & power of all women for International Women’s Day and its 2022 theme of #BreakTheBias 💜♀️

Over the weekend, CAWLS and other local services, came together to acknowledge the incredible leadership of women in Alice Springs at the ‘Equal Futures Fair’ ✨

We recognise the challenges women face every single day in our fight for an equal future free from stereotypes, discrimination and bias ✊

🗣️ Alice de Brenni, the Business Manager at CAWLS, shared her reflections of how she has overcome bias in her personal life and career, in a panel discussion with other strong women.
