Central Australian Women’s Legal Service Inc. recently visited women at the ‘Life Skills Camp’ to discuss legal issues women face coming out of prison and how we could help 🗣️
The program was set up to ensure women had access to support services whilst transitioning out of prison.
With CAWLS, it is not always yarning about the law … on this occasion, we had a “crafternoon” of decorating individualised pillow cases for the women to have in their rooms while staying at the program accommodation 🖍️🧵
The women were extremely talented and the end results were beautiful 🤩
