🏥 In a very welcome development for the residents of Alice Springs, the NT News recently reported on the opening of a new bulk billed urgent care clinic, located at the Northside Shopping Centre 🤕
😷 The clinic will be run by the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress and will operate outside of normal business hours – namely from 12:00pm to 8:00pm on weekdays and from 12:00pm on weekends and public holidays. Patients will need to bring their Medicare card to receive assistance 🚑
🗣 Health Minister Mark Butler MP was reported saying, ‘The Alice Springs Medicare UCC will make a big difference to local patients who will be able to walk in during extended hours and receive convenient, high- quality care from a nurse of doctor“.
