Another Indigenous woman’s life stolen. Another domestic violence murder.

Yesterday in Lajamanu, a 42-year-old woman was stabbed to death. She is the 66th woman in Australia lost to violence this year and the 13th First Nations woman.

🚨 The Northern Territory has the highest domestic and family violence rates in the country—an intimate partner homicide rate seven times the national average.

This is an unimaginable loss, and we cannot stay silent any longer ✊
