CAWLS Managing Principal Solicitor, Janet Taylor, has been recognised as a finalist in the Women in Law Awards 🏆

Not one to put herself forward, the nomination took her by surprise … just as we had intended 😏

Janet has led CAWLS for over a decade steadily expanding our service to advocate and empower women at risk of or experiencing domestic and family violence. In the past few years, Janet has effectively doubled the size of the service, introduced socio-legal wrap around supports and established a permanent presence in Tennant Creek.

🙏 Never short of vision or passion, Janet is a tireless advocate for vulnerable women and a dedicated mentor to the CAWLS team.

We are incredibly proud to see Janet’s name amongst the deserving candidates in the ‘Not-For-Profit Lawyer of the Year’ category 👏
