CAWLS is currently seeking applications for the following position.

**New** Solicitor – Tennant Creek

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a full time solicitor based in Tennant Creek. CAWLS receives funding under the Womens Safety Package to operate a Domestic Violence Unit in Tennant Creek assisting women who experience or are at risk of experiencing Domestic and Family violence.

This position is well suited to a practitioner with experience in domestic and family violence issues, family law, child protection and other relevant practise areas.

The applicant will need to demonstrate an understanding of the cultural, social and economic issues facing women in the Northern Territory, particularly Central Australia and the Barkly regions.

CAWLS offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment, with flexible conditions and generous leave provisions. An attractive remuneration package is offered including a competitive salary (based on experience), salary sacrifice, relocation assistance, subsidised accommodation and use of a company vehicle when travelling for work.

CAWLS is currently recruiting for a full time solicitor based in Alice Springs.

This position is well suited to a practitioner with experience in domestic and family violence issues, family law, child protection and other relevant practise areas. This role requires the lawyer to travel and work in Tennant Creek on a regular basis.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an understanding of the cultural, social and economic issues facing women in the Northern Territory, particularly Central Australia and the Barkly regions.
